I'm Alberto Colin, the founder of C2Thrive. Let me share a bit about my background so you can understand why I’m passionate about helping local businesses succeed.

From a young age, I’ve been fascinated by how businesses operate. Growing up in an entrepreneurial family, I watched my parents create and run various ventures—restaurants, food supply chains, mini-supermarkets, and more—all aimed at putting food on the table. Some of these businesses thrived, while others struggled. Our family's financial well-being often depended on their success. I witnessed firsthand how challenging it could be when things didn’t go well, with cash flow and sales not always meeting expectations.

These experiences taught me that the quality of life for many families is directly tied to how well small businesses perform within their communities. It sparked my desire to help those businesses not only survive but thrive through stronger sales and smarter strategies.

To pursue this goal, I knew I needed hands-on experience. Over the past 18+ years, I’ve had the privilege of working across a variety of industries, including Education, Construction, Aeronautics, Robotics, Retail, and Digital Marketing. I’ve held roles in Telemarketing, Customer Service, Sales, Marketing, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Human Resources, and even served as a General Director for companies such as Airbus and Amazon.

Alongside my professional career, I earned an MBA and enhanced my education with courses in Project Management, Finance, Supply Chain, Robotics, and Online Marketing.

​My mission now is to share this knowledge with entrepreneurs and business owners, helping them grow their ventures with practical, real-world strategies through consulting services. I am dedicated to making a genuine impact and contributing to the success of businesses that create better opportunities for families. To achieve this, I will assist you on your journey in a transparent and professional manner.
